These two cases, in which the same defendants are involved, were consolidated for trial; one opinion will dispose of the appeal in both cases.
The litigation arises out of an automobile accident which occurred on South Carolina State Higdrway No. 28, in the unincorporated village of Cummings, in Hampton County, about 9:30 o’clock p. m., on September 18, 1937.
