Floyd Day appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court, Washington County, entered on the jury’s verdict finding him guilty of two counts of gross sexual misconduct, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 253(1)(B) (1983), and eight counts of unlawful sexual contact, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 255(1)(C) (1983).1 On appeal, Day contends that the trial court erred in limiting his cross-examination of the prosecutrix and challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury’s verdict.
