This is an application by a divorced husband for an order directing his former wife to return to him the sum of $450 which he paid to her as alimony after her remarriage.

The final decree of this court divorcing the petitioner and the defendant was entered on July 11th, 1940. Prior thereto, on April 11th, 1940, an order had been entered directing Mr. Houghland to pay his wife the sum of $150 per month as and for her support and maintenance.
