This case pends on plaintiff INA’s motion for summary judgment on defendants Sharp and Sanders’ counterclaims.1 Plaintiff INA’s motion alleges that summary judgment should be granted because there is no genuine issue as to any material fact and that, under the admitted and uncontested facts, there is no support in law for any of the defendants’ counterclaims.
