“In this case the- Court of Civil Appeals has held that the trial court committed reversible error by instructing the jury as to the measure of damages, and telling them that if they found for the plaintiff, to allow him compensation, not only for the physical and mental suffering which he sustained on account of the defendant’s negligence, but also for any humiliation which he may have suffered on account of the fact that his friends, whom he had induced to go…
