The certificate of insurance held by Mrs. Dora D. Jensen, whose son is the named beneficiary and respondent here, was held by her under a master policy issued to the Blecker Beauty Shops, Inc., by John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company. Because the provisions of the master policy are integrated in the certificate, reference hereinafter will be to the certificate, which appears in its relevant parts in the foregoing statement of facts.
