OPINION ON MOTION TO CONFIRM ARBITRATOR’S AWARD
MOTLEY, District Judge.
The instant dispute arises out of an arbitration over the alleged breach of a contract between Pine Valley Productions (PVP) (and its principal, Susan Lucci) and S.L. Collections- (SLC). The contract in question is an agreement between the parties wherein SLC would develop healthcare and beauty products for national marketing.
