Appellant Randolph Lancaster Sr. was convicted by a jury on one count of aiding and abetting the distribution of cocaine base (crack) and five counts of maintaining a “crack house,” for which he was sentenced to 51 months’ imprisonment and three years’ supervised release. Lancaster appeals both the crack house convictions and his sentence. For the reasons set out below, we affirm Lancaster's convictions but remand, for new sentencing because, in calculating Lancaster’s combined offense…
