STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Alrita Morehead appeals the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of Duane Deitrich.

We affirm.

ISSUE

Whether the trial court erred in granting summary judgment to Deitrich.

FACTS

The facts most favorable to Morehead as the non-moving party indicate that in 2006, Deitrich owned a single-family dwelling at 1420 Usher Street (the "Property") in Lo-gansport. On or about September 3, 2006, Deitrich met with Angel Todd and Steve Sanders, who were interested in renting the Property. Sanders informed Deitrich that he had a "large male pit bull dog,"…
