Relators, Neutral Posture, Inc. and Rebecca Boenigk, plaintiffs below, filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining about the trial court’s 1 April 12, 2002 or der granting the motion to compel arbitration filed by the real parties in interest, BodyBilt, Inc. and ErgoBilt, Inc. (collectively, “BodyBilt”), 2 and denying relators’ application for temporary and permanent injunctions to enjoin BodyBilt from arbitrating the dispute.
