Plaintiff Petrus J. Winter (“Winter” or “Plaintiff’) brings this action against American Institute of Medical Sciences & Education (“AIMS” or “Defendant”), a private health training school that offers certificate degree programs. In October 2014, Winter graduated from AIMS Education with a certificate in magnetic resonance imaging technology (“MRI Tech”).
