Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

Defendant Calvin Mays was charged with robbery and related offenses arising from two armed robberies in Rochester. One of the robberies was recorded on a surveillance video, which was admitted into evidence at his jury trial. The trial exhibit consisted of a copy of a single DVD taken from the store’s video surveillance system, and showed the robbery from two different cameras and angles.
