The facts of this case are undisputed. On January 23, 2015, Judge Callie Granade, *464district judge for the United States District Court for the Southern- District -of Alabama, issued an order declaring unconstitutional both the Alabama Sanctity -of Marriage Amendment, Ala. Const, 1901, Art. I, § 36.03, and the Alabama Marriage Protection Act, Ala.
