This matter is before the Court on Defendant McAllister Towing of Charleston, Inc.’s Motion for Partial Dismissal of Plaintiff Robert C. Alonso, Jr.’s First Amended Complaint. Plaintiff has also filed a Motion to Amend his Complaint. For the foregoing reasons, Defendant’s Motion for Partial Dismissal is granted, and Plaintiffs Motion to Amend is granted in part and denied in part.
