Appellants Jack Farrell Implement (“Farrell”) and Boerboom International, Inc. (“Boerboom”) appeal from an order of the district court1 entering summary judgment in favor of appellees American Computer Trust Leasing (“ACTL”), Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (“ADP”), Navistar International Corporation (formerly International Harvester Co.) (“IH”), and J.I. Case Co. (“Case”). ACTL brought suit against appellants to collect unpaid lease payments.
