On August 17, 1974, the members of the Mishawaka Fire Department went on strike. On August 19, the city commenced suit, and a temporary restraining order was granted. On September 24, a temporary injunction was entered prohibiting the firemen from striking and picketing. This is an interlocutory appeal challenging that ruling.

We limit our discussion to the claims specified in the assignment of errors filed persuant to Indiana Rules of Procedure, Appellate Rule 7.2(A) (1) (b). Additional claims of error presented for the first time in appellant’s brief are not properly before the court.…
