This is an appeal from the denial of a motion for new trial and the denial of a motion to withdraw deemed admissions. We reverse and remand.

BACKGROUND

On January 3, 2013, Plaintiffs-appellants Emirita Medina, Kianna Paz, and Remmy Matute sued defendant-appellee Gloria Raven, alleging they each suffered injuries in a July 4, 2011 automobile collision.
