In a five-count complaint, filed on January 29, 2001, relator, Columbus Bar Association, charged respondent, Jeffrey William Farkas of Columbus, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0061547, with multiple violations of the Disciplinary Code. The parties agreed to add an additional matter in a stipulation submitted at the hearing held on August 22, 2001, by a panel of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court.
