CASTILLO, District Judge.
An insurance company’s duty to defend intellectual property claims under the rubric of “advertising injury” is the subject of countless lawsuits — indeed, a recent litigation explosion — throughout the country. This Court is no exception to the phenomenon, having before it three cases that raise this very issue.
