— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lakritz, J.), rendered January 27, 1987, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
We find that the trial court did not improvidently exercise its discretion when it admitted photographs of the victim’s dead body into evidence. The photographic evidence was properly admitted to illustrate and corroborate other relevant evidence pertaining to the issue of justification…
