MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This case is before the court as an action for judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary that the plaintiff is not entitled to disability benefits pursuant to §§ 216(i) and 223 of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i), 423. This court has jurisdiction pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). The plaintiff originally filed her application on November 9, 1981. Her application was denied initially and on reconsideration.
