We find nothing in the additional evidence to change the conclusions reached by this court on the former hearing, and we are therefore bound by the former decision of this court. In any event, we concur in the conclusions there stated.

Whether or not corporate stock certificates should be made more negotiable than they now are, so as to protect a bona fide purchaser taking them under the circumstances of this case, is a question that the Legislature will have to consider when the Stock Certificate Act drafted by the Commissioners on Uniform State Legislation is presented to them.
