Plaintiff brought this action for damages for personal injuries she sustained and damages to her automobile resulting from a collison of motor vehicles alleged to have resulted from defendant’s .negligence. The jury answered special questions and returned a verdict for plaintiff for $20,000, upon which judgment was rendered.
