1. The constitutional questions sought to he raised by defendant in error, challenging the validity of the act of the General Assembly approved August 18, 1919 (Ga. L. 1919, p. 125, Michie’s Code, ’1926, § 1754(41) et seq.), do not meet the requirements laid down by the Supreme Court in Montgomery & Atlanta Freight Lines v. Georgia Public Service Commission, 175 Ga. 826 (4) (166 S. E. 200), and cit. Accordingly, exclusive jurisdiction of the writ of error is in this court, and not in the Supreme Court. Forbes v.
