This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of appellee in a suit brought by appellants to collect from him the amount of a sewer assessment and to foreclose the lien of such assessment against appellee’s property. There was a complaint in one paragraph, a demurrer to which was overruled. The appellee filed a cross-complaint and an answer in three paragraphs, the first of which was a general denial.
