Appellees brought this suit to foreclose a special assessment lien for street improvements made by them in the town of Normal City. Appellants, having unsuccessfully moved to require the complaint to be made more specific, and demurred to the same, answered .in sixteen paragraphs. Demurrers were sustained to all paragraphs of answer except the first and eleventh, the first being a general denial. A reply in denial was filed to the eleventh paragraph of answer, the cause tried by the court, a special finding made, with conclusions of law in favor of appellees, and judgment was entered…
