delivered the opinion of the court:

This appeal is prosecuted to reverse a judgment entered in a quo warranto action in the superior court of Cook County. The complaint was filed by the State’s Attorney of that county and consisted of two counts. The first questioned the validity of the organization of Community High School District No. 223, and the second inquired by what right the defendants named therein exercised the powers of the office of members of the board of education of such district.
