The Des Moines Independent Community School District (“defendant”) appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the Southern District of Iowa in favor of six current or former employees of defendant (“plaintiffs”) on their age discrimination claims challenging defendant’s employee retirement incentive plan, as amended effective May 15, 2001 (“amended ERIP”).
