The one question in this appeal is whether the premium on the fidelity bond of the administratrix is a proper charge against the estate. Mrs. S. M. Draw, the duly qualified administratrix of the estate of Mrs. Willie Mae Jackson, under a bond of $1,500,000, presented to the county court of Tarrant county, sitting in probate, a claim for $3,000, alleged to be the premiums paid to the fidelity company for making her bond as administratrix during the two years of her administration.
