In this action for unpaid first-party no-fault benefits, plaintiff appeals as of right the Feb*635ruary 19, 2013 order of the trial court granting summary disposition in favor of defendant pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(7). We affirm.

I. PERTINENT FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
