This case concerns the one-year limitations period for underinsured motorist benefits claims, and returns to this Court on remand from our Supreme Court. Our Supreme Court remanded the case to us for reconsideration in light of Rory v Continental Ins Co, 473 Mich 457; 703 NW2d 23 (2005), and Devillers v Auto Club Ins Ass’n, 473 Mich 562; 702 NW2d 539 (2005), and specifically to consider whether the contractual limitations period in this case may be judicially tolled.
