Finch, J.:

The facts in the case at bar are as follows: The parties were married in this State in January, 1914. Immediately thereafter they established their matrimonial domicile in the State of New Jersey and thereafter lived in the States of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and for about three weeks in the city of Rochester, N. Y. In the fall of 1916 the plaintiff and the defendant moved to Stroudsburg, Penn., and established a matrimonial domicile in said State.
