Justice PLEICONES:

Ronte Houey (Appellant) was charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor (CSCM). The solicitor moved pursuant to S.C.Code Ann. § 16-3-740(B) (2003) for an *109order requiring Appellant to submit to testing for HIV and other diseases. The circuit court ordered the testing, and we affirm.
