JOHNSON, Judge.
The State’s evidence tends to show the following. On Friday, 7 May 1993, Derrick Clinton Tabor, Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Johnson C. Smith University went to his office in Perry Science Hall at approximately 8:00 p.m., after attending a dinner held in honor of the graduating seniors. Dr. Tabor was surprised to meet defendant in the building at that time of the evening, since classes for the semester were over and grades had been turned in.
