Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Schoharie County (Lamont, J.), entered May 26, 1995, which, inter alia, granted petitioner’s applications, in two proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, for sole custody of the parties’ child.
The parties are the parents of a son, born out of wedlock in January 1992. An order of filiation and support was entered in April 1992.
