Chavis Van & Storage of Myrtle Beach, Inc. (“Chavis”) appeals from the district court’s 1 adverse grant of summary judgment on its breach-of-contract claim against United Van Lines, LLC.; Transportation Services Group, Inc.; and Uni-Group, Inc. (collectively, “United”). Chavis also appeals the district court’s denial of its motion to compel certain discovery requests.
