In this trespass action plaintiffs, husband and wife, sought to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by wife-plaintiff when she fell down a flight of stairs in defendants’ hardware store in Elizabeth-town, Lancaster County. The jury awarded a verdict in favor of plaintiffs. Defendants’ motion for judgment n.o.v. was overruled by the court below. Defendants have appealed from the judgment entered upon the verdict.
