KOPF, District Judge.

This is a social security appeal filed by Judith L. Vonbusch (“Vonbusch” or “Plain tiff’) for judicial review of the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“Commissioner”) denying Vonbusch’s claim for disability benefits under Title II and supplemental security income under Title XVI because Vonbusch was not under a “disability,” as defined in the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. ¶¶ 401 et seq.
