This matter is before me on Plaintiff Armandina Sanchez Wentz’s Complaint, filing 1, which is brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). The plaintiff seeks review of the Defendant Commissioner of Social Security’s denial of her application for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, as amended.
