—In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiff, Patrick Butler General *528Contractor, Inc., and the third-party defendant, Patrick Butler, appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Price, J.), dated March 20, 2000, as granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
