The sole issue raised in this rather interesting zoning appeal is the interpretation of certain provisions of the Lower Milford Township Zoning Ordinance. The essential facts leading to this litigation are not in dispute.

On August 18, 1973, appellants applied for and were granted a building permit to construct a single-family dwelling upon property located in an agricultural zone of the township.
