GIERKE, Judge:

A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of committing sodomy and adultery with the wife of a subordinate, Sergeant M, and committing indecent acts with Sergeant M’s 9-year-old daughter, K, in violation of Articles 125 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 925 and 934, respectively.
