Middle Georgia Mutual Insurance Company (Middle Georgia) issued a homeowner’s liability insurance policy to Glynn Cunningham, who allegedly caused a fire at a friend’s rental property while repairing the roof. After Middle Georgia denied the claim, Cunningham filed a declaratory judgment action, seeking judicial determination of coverage under the policy.
