WARD, Justice.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank L. Jewell, Jr., sued their insurer, Mobile County Mutual Insurance Company, on a policy of insurance which covered the fire damage to their mobile home and contents and also sought additional recoveries under the provisions of the Deceptive Trade Practices — Consumer Protection Act, Tex.Bus. & Comm.Code Ann. Secs. 17.41-63, and Article 21.21, Sec. 16 of the Texas Insurance Code.
