TERNUS, Chief Justice.
Appellant, Gordon Harrington, appeals an adverse district court decision on his breach-of-contract claim against his former employer, appellee, University of Northern Iowa (UNI). The trial court rejected Harrington’s claim that UNI was obligated to continue his health insurance as the primary coverage for professional medical services rendered to him notwithstanding Harrington’s eligibility to enroll in Medicare Part B.
