This 42 U.S.C, § 1983 case arises from the .St. Louis County Police Department’s seizure and retention of. Plaintiff Mark *899Wellman’s firearms. Wellman claims the warrantless seizure and retention of his firearms violated his Fourth Amendment and due process rights, among others. Both parties move for summary judgment. For the reasons that follow, I will grant Defendants’ motion.
