The plaintiff in error. Arthur McAlester, hereinafter styled defendant, was informed against for a second violation of the prohibitory liquor laws, convicted, and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail of Stephens county for a period of 30 days, and to pay a fine of $100 and costs of this prosecution. To reverse the judgment rendered, he prosecutes this appeal. *
