ANDERSON, Justice.

We granted this appeal to clarify the statutory standard by which the validity of ante-nuptial agreements should be judged. The trial court in this case held the antenuptial agreement invalid, finding the wife did not “knowledgeably” sign the agreement, as required by statute 1.
