Reversing.
Appellant, Jack Blanton, shot and killed Jeff Napier in Harlan county, Kentucky, on August 11, 1924. On August 22nd the grand jury indicted him. On September 3rd an order was entered in the cause changing the venue from Harlan to Laurel county. The trial was had in the Laurel circuit court on November 11, 1924, and resulted in appellant being found guilty as charged. His punishment was fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for life.
