McRAE, District Judge:

Appellant was indicted in the Northern District of Illinois for armed bank robbery. He plead guilty under Rule 20 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure in the Southern District of Mississippi and was sentenced to a term of 20 years. Subsequently, he filed a motion in the Mississippi court under the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 2255, alleging various constitutional infirmities in the handling of his case.
